3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of reputable providers to operate the Site, including web hosting, content delivery, email delivery and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We operate across the United States, Vietnam and other markets, so data may be processed outside your country. Where this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

5. Security of data

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We apply access controls, least-privilege principles and regular maintenance. See our Security page for details.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
